About
The 133 bed Hospital has opened in early 2018. The Hospital will be the first to market fully integrated behavioral-centric continuum of care. We enroll the psychiatric client into our system at any stage of their illness offering an appropriate treatment plan based on the individual services needed. We provide emergent services, intensive outpatient, acute and sub-acute behavioral health interventions. We also provide specialized detox programs as well as both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment.
The Company currently operates a Hospice with yearly revenues of approximately $6 million and a profit $1.3 million. This is included in the deal.
