This project reduces the amount of virgin (expensive) soft gel material needed for production and eliminates the cost of waste disposal and environmental degradation. Principals have 5 years of successful operation of the technolgy within a major US soft gel capsule production plant. They are seeking funding to create a free-standing soft gel recycling plant near L.A. Principals have 50 years combined experience in process technology, management. Very strong return on investment.
Soft gel capsule production has growing demand in marketplace as consumers are increasingly choosing an "easy-to-swallow" capsule for neutraceuticals, fish oil, vitamins, minerals. Process generates cost savings for manufacturer.
